This is the perfect pudding for a satisfying, sweet finale to a late summer barbeque. These caramelised bananas are easy to cook on the coals or on a griddlepan and are best served with Clotted Cream ice cream and a scattering of passionfruit and pomegranate seeds for an exotic twist.
25g butter, melted
25g light muscovado sugar
4 large bananas
